SHIPPING

 1. Order Cancellations

  •  Orders can only be cancelled within 2 hours of purchase if the item has not yet been processed or shipped.
  • Once your order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled or altered.
  • To request a cancellation, please email crown_and_comb@outlook.com with your order number as soon as possible. (We will be changing this email domain so don’t take it as final)

2. Refunds & Returns

Due to hygiene and health regulations, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds on any hair products that have been opened, worn, or tampered with.

Refunds will only be issued if:

  • The item is faulty or defective upon arrival, and
  • You contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos or videos showing the issue.

If your return is approved:

  • The item must be returned in its original, unopened packaging.
  • Once we receive and inspect the item, a replacement or refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.

Please note:

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.

3. Exchanges

We offer exchanges only for unopened, unused hair extensions if the wrong product or colour was received.

  • You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the error was ours.

4. Quality Guarantee

Our extensions undergo strict quality control before shipping. Slight variations in colour tone or texture may occur, as each bundle of hair is 100% human and naturally unique.

If you believe you have received a defective product, please contact crown_and_comb@outlook.com with your order number and supporting evidence so our team can assist you.

5. Sale Items & Custom Orders

Sale items, discounted products, and custom orders are final sale and not eligible for returns or refunds.
